Mustad ASV Nail

The Mustad ASV nail is a USA style, flat head nail that is especially suited for U-creased shoes. The head of the ASV nail is slightly smaller compared to the RN nail which ensures a very secure and compact fit of the head in the nail hole. As a result, the nail head will be nicely levelled with the ground surface of the shoe after it is driven into the hoof wall. The ASV nail is well suited to most racehorse shoes.  Precision, accuracy and reliability are key features of all Mustad nails. To aid the right placement of the nail, the Mustad M is always placed on the same side.
