4.4    Financial transactions relating to our website and services are handled by our payment services providers, Sage Pay and PayPal.  Our website does not store credit card and payment information.  It is stored separately by the payment gateways. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. 5.2    The hosting facilities for our website are situated in the US.  We use an external provider to run our store, BigCommerce. BigCommerce is based in the US and is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and committed to providing best-in-class service and data protection.
